MatchCoach ("the App") is an AI-powered reply generator for dating apps. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Screenshots: When you tap "Use the latest screenshot," the App reads your most recent screenshot to generate reply suggestions. Screenshots are processed temporarily and are never stored on our servers.
Profile Screenshots: If you upload profile screenshots for personalization, they are stored locally on your device only. They are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for one-time analysis, but are not stored on any server permanently.
Reply History: Your liked and disliked replies are stored locally on your device to improve AI suggestions. This data never leaves your device.
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
• Passwords or login credentials
• Credit card or financial information
• Personal messages or conversations
• Contact lists or phone numbers
• Location data
• Personal identification information
Google Gemini API: We use Google's Gemini AI to analyze screenshots and generate reply suggestions. Screenshots are sent to Google's servers for processing and are subject to Google's privacy policy.
Google AdMob: We display advertisements through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad personalization. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
All user data (profile screenshots, reply history, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences and SQLite. We do not operate any servers that store user data.
MatchCoach is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
